Hedef dildeki dilbilgisi, okuma, yazma, dinleme, konuşma becerilerini öğrenim süresince orta seviyeye yükseltmek ve tüm dil becerilerini günlük hayatta ve bilimsel ortamda kullanabilme yeteneğine sahip olmak.

1 Öğrencinin hedef dildeki dilbilgisi yapılarını temel ve orta seviyede öğrenmesi.
2 Hedef dilde temel okuma becerisini geliştirmek ve temel ve orta seviyedeki kelime bilgisini maksimum seviyeye getirmek.
3 Hedef dilde (İngilizce) konuşma becerisini artırmak ve karşıdaki kişinin ,ifadelerini doğru anlamak.
4 Hedef dilde temel seviyeden orta seviyeye kadar yazılı olan metinleri anlamak ve değerlendirmek.
5 Hedef dili (İngilizce) akademik ortamda kullanabilecek seviyeye ulaşmak
